An extra tip! Ripe Fruit can be frozen

I personally do not like ripe bananas- any black marks and I won’t eat it. However, I hate throwing things away unnecessarily.

I have a nutribullet to make smoothies and a banana is a key ingredient to a lot of them so now I freeze the over rip ones! They are cold so perfect for a smoothie and it means I am not chucking them away!

Chop up, put into a bag, freeze. That’s it! You can do this with ANY fruit which saves on you buying pre-prepared bags!
