Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a decluttering and organisational session?
I understand that every task is unique and may require different amounts of time to complete.
Generally, our sessions are structured to last three hours, but there is always flexibility based on the specific needs of a client.. I tailor our time to ensure the job is done efficiently and to your satisfaction.
Do I need to be present during the decluttering process?
Being there allows you to make immediate decisions about what to keep, donate, or throw away, ensuring the outcome perfectly matches your vision.
It also helps me understand your preferences better and provides a more personalized experience.
This way we can proceed effectively by discussing your goals and priorities as we go. I am committed to making your space organised in a stress-free way, and doing it together is always fun too!
Can I book An Extra Pair Of Hands for a whole day?
I understand that some projects require more time and attention and I am available to provide comprehensive assistance to ensure your needs are fully met.
Having decluttered professionally for 10 years I have found that 3 hours is the best amount of time before bad decisions and tiredness sets in.
I charge for a 3 hour session where I aim to get one room or multiple small area's fully decluttered and organised.
I feel that a whole day decluttering is not good for long term changes or motivation.
Do you take the rubbish/charity bits away?
I take charity things when I leave as I am a charity gift aider which means the charities that are part of the scheme get an additional 25p from the government for every £1 your items raise. Incredible!
This also means you don't have to do it - winning!
I do not hold a waste licence so do not take general waste.
